Welding and Fabrication
We provide a wide range of welding and fabrication services.
Our welding and fabrication capabilities are enhanced by our 3D CAD design modelling facilities, giving us the resources to create highly accurate and detailed components and assemblies.
The capacity of our welding and fabrication services includes (but is not limited to):
- Hot metal spray
- TIG, MIG and Stick welding of aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel
- Sheet metal bending and rolling
- Punching, drilling and cutting
Machining
We are equipped to handle CNC production machining for batch products, resulting in high volume precision milling, turning and assembly.
Ensuring a high tolerance product is delivered every time, we utilise our 3D CAD design facilities to allow us to address machining geometry and tolerance issues before the actual component machining begins.
Jobbing
Our jobbing division specialises in the complete re-engineering, design and manufacture of engineering components to suit your individual requirements.
Through IBS Retail we are able to source a wide range of "hard to find" parts, assisting us in accomplishing a total engineering solution for our customers.
Our Centre of Engineering Innovation and NDT&A divisions permit us to accurately engineer your solutions before they are implemented.
Mobile facilities means we are skilled in handling repairs to large on-site equipment, including the assessment, removal, repair, replacement or refit of the problem components.
